ALLISON MOUCH AICP

Allison has spent over 20 years in the planning profession, helping communities nationwide succeed through meaningful plans and accessible code. She made her way into planning through the field of architecture, realizing quickly as she moved through design school she much preferred thinking about places and people as opposed to monkeying around in AutoCAD. A comprehensive planner and engagement specialist by training and through practice, Allison now recognizes her true love is writing code and untangling the unique problems that inherently come with it!

She is an Ohio native now firmly planted under the Big Sky, and enjoys spending her free time running obsessively long distances, ‘horsing’ around with her four-legged furry animals, appreciating a good glass of wine, and harboring a deeply unapologetic love for Excel spreadsheets (and puns, apparently!).

Bob is passionate about helping communities become stronger, more enduring places. He enjoys working alongside local leaders, developers, businesses, and citizens to solve complex challenges, build consensus, and turn good ideas into practical action. Whether facilitating public conversations, advising elected officials, or shaping long-range plans and development strategies, Bob brings a thoughtful, practical approach grounded in experience and a genuine commitment to the communities he serves.

Away from work, Bob enjoys running and life on his hobby farm in the hills of North Mississippi.

Oliver is a landscape architect and urban designer who likes figuring out how places can work better. With a background that spans design, planning, and real estate, he brings a practical eye to big ideas and knows how to move a project from a sketch on paper to something that can actually be built. He has worked on everything from downtowns and parks to trails, neighborhoods, and large-scale community plans across the country.

When not at work, Oliver loves exploring new places that give him plenty of reasons to keep thinking about design even when he’s technically off the clock.

MEGAN TERRY PLA AICP

Megan has spent nearly two decades designing the landscape and helping communities plan for their future, always looking for the hidden solutions. Growing up working in the forests of Montana, she learned early that the land and the people who depend on it are always connected, and that belief is what led her to this work. She believes the best projects come from showing up for the people and the place, and finding ways to let nature do what it does best.

When she is not working, you can find her traveling, saying yes to another volunteer opportunities she absolutely does not have time for, collecting houseplants, or getting lost in a fantasy novel.

Johanna makes maps that are easy to understand and beautiful to look at. She has a knack for taking complicated information and turning it into something that helps people better understand their community, see what’s possible, and make practical decisions. She brings both a creative and analytical eye to her work and enjoys finding thoughtful, locally grounded solutions.

Outside of work, Johanna loves cooking unnecessarily elaborate meals for her family and two dogs, who remain her most enthusiastic dinner guests.

JOHANNA TUTHILL AICP

Lila’s planning career began wearing many hats in local government, where working on everything from subdivision review to floodplain administration gave her a practical understanding of how policies take shape and how they work on the ground. Since joining OPD in 2024, she has helped communities across the country develop plans and regulations that reflect local priorities, lead to meaningful action, and keep the natural environment in mind.

She enjoys exploring new communities on foot, adventuring outdoors, and knitting warm things for friends and family.
